EXTRA KM PACKAGES

Van rentals include a cumulative 150 kilometres per day. Distance driven over that is subject to a $0.60/km charge. However, if your vacation needs more distance, no problem. You can select one of the pre-paid kilometre packages and extend your vanlife experience.

MINI PROJECTOR

​

After a long day, there’s not much better than putting your feet up and watching a movie or playing a video game. Having a mini projector can come in handy in a pinch like if Mother Nature decides to "rain on your vanlife parade".

​

We've scouted out the best spots for installing the projector on every one of our campervans. All you have to do, now, is decide how big you want the screen. Make the other campers jealous and project onto the side of the vehicle for an awesome outdoor movie night in camping chairs!

​

The projector works with most Android phones or any computer with an HDMI port.

​

PROPANE BOTTLE

​

Every camper van rental includes a 1L bottle of propane. This typically provides 2 hours of cooking. If you enjoy cooking and plan to avoid restaurants, consider adding additional propane bottles to your trip. New Age Travel and Services offers propane bottles for your convenience, but don’t worry they are available in multiple stores along your way.

 

*Please note, propane bottles are non-refundable if you have leftovers after your trip.

PETS ARE WELCOME!

Don't leave your pets at home, they are family! An extra fee could apply if excessive cleaning is required and RV damage is caused by pets.  *Never leave animals inside unattended.

WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT INSURANCE

​

Protect yourself from costly windshield replacements — common in Alberta due to gravel use on roads during winter. Full coverage for $20/day up to $150.

​

SHELTER TENT/SUN SHADE

​

The 10x10 shelter tent acts as an awning when set up adjacent to the van. You can take it from me, it is a nice bit of luxury to have an extended overhead cover when in the backcountry.

 

This shelter can also be used as a sunshade or rain protection over your picnic table or other activities.

YOGA MAT

​

Rent a yoga mat for your next trip and stretch out your road trip stiffness. Yoga is good for the soul! But a yoga mat has other benefits--like acting as a layer between your bum and the wet picnic table.

2 PERSON HAMMOCK

​

When we think of summer and camping, we also think of hammocks swaying in the breeze. Upgrade your trip with an additional chilling option that fits two. Easy to pack up, light to carry, this hammock is also nice to carry on hikes.

SLOW COOKER AND TOASTER

​

Ideal kitchen upgrades for cooking in a campground with services. Make extra fancy meals with toasted bread (a camping luxury). Or plug in the slow cooker while you’re exploring, and come back to a hot meal!
