INSURANCE PACKAGES

Select an insurance package that fits your needs from the Outdoorsy Protection Program. Simply select your insurance and submit your driver's information. There is no additional charge for the number of drivers that are approved.

Every driver must be 25 years old or older at pickup date and hold a valid and full driver's license (class 5).

In Partnership with Outdoorsy, NATS offers three insurance packages during your van rental.

Basic Insurance Package on van rental with New Age Travel and Services

Essential Insurance Package that provide an additional Roadside Assistance

Peace of Mind Insurance Package is the best coverage offer by NATS

All van rental insurance packages include a minimum of $2M liability, Auto Physical Damage up to the cost of the vehicle (deductible varies from $500 to $1500 according to the selected package), and windshield coverage for repairs (Full replacement not included). Cracks or windshield chips bigger than a penny require a full replacement. We recommend taking the windshield replacement insurance for $10/day that covers the cost of a new windshield.

In addition, we offer interior damage protection up to $750 for a flat fee of $69. It will cover for:

Broken campervans appliances
Damaged interior doors, walls, and furniture
Stained bedding or linens
Losted keys
* Doesn't apply to selected add-ons.

The "Peace of Mind" and "Essential" insurance package adds roadside assistance — a handy thing to have.

Roadside Assistance provides 24/7 assistance anywhere in Canada and US for the following:

Towing and Winching
Delivery of Fuel and Emergency Fluids
Changing a Flat Tire or the cost of towing to a repair facility
Jump-Start/Battery Boost
Lockout – Locksmith
Mobile Mechanic
RV Technical Assistance Hotline

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand travel plans can change and we have implemented policies to assist you. All bookings are subject to:

75% refund up to 14 days before pickup.
50% refund between 13 to 7 days before pickup.
No refund within 7 days before pickup.

* Small adjustments are free of charge.

Update your booking by adding or removing days when available. (Price will be adjusted).
Adjust pickup/dropoff time.
Add/remove add-ons prior to departure.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

We are also happy to offer the below rescheduling policies:

No charge if advised 30 days before pickup and when traveling occurs the same year.
10% fee if advised 29 to 14 days before pickup.
25% fee if advised between 13 to 7 days before pickup.
No rescheduling within 7 days before pickup. (Cancellation policy will apply)

* Rescheduling is conditional on campervans availabilities and pricing could be readjusted to match the price of new traveling dates.

** One rescheduling is allowed per booking.

We further recommend purchasing travel insurance that could cover your costs in the event of cancellation.
